ALL judges will be from out of town and their decisions will be final. Checking this box and pressing submit, serves as your signature and means you agree to be bound by the rules of the pageant. This is also a release to allow photographs to be taken and used for promotional purposes after the pageant. The Miss American Heritage Scholarship Pageant, the Miss Tri-State Heritage Scholarship Pageant, Wendy Land, the respective state directors, and/or the event venue are in no way responsible for any accidents or injury that may occur before, during, or after the pageant. Any contestant, parent, or family member demonstrating poor sportsmanship will be disqualified. This will be strictly enforced. **ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE/TRANSFERABLE UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED COMPLETELY.
