Miss American Heritage Scholarship Pageant 12/9/22 & 12/10/22

The registration fee is $150 and the sponsorship ad fee for the keepsake program book is $200. In the menu above are the “Register now” and “Sponsor a contestant’s Ad page” areas to refer to.

There will be 9 Age Divisions, Birthdate as of 12/10/2022:

1-2 years Baby Miss American Heritage 

3-4 years Toddler Miss American Heritage 

5-6 years Tiny Miss American Heritage 

7-8 years Future Miss American Heritage 

9-10 years Young Miss American Heritage 

11-12 years Junior Miss American Heritage 

13-15 years Teen Miss American Heritage 

16-18 years Miss American Heritage (High School Only)

18-21 years Collegiate Miss American Heritage (Registered College Students Only)

There will be 3 additional titles awarded and we will allow double crowning.

  1. Miss Heritage Spirit: This is a Director’s Award, given to a Contestant displaying honorable character and outstanding community service in 2022. 
  2. Miss Heritage Ambassador: The Contestant who sells the most ads for the keepsake program ad book from all combined age divisions.
  3. People’s Choice: The Contestant receiving the most $1 votes from their fans from all combined age divisions.

Each contestant will represent their hometown and must agree to make appearances should they win a Miss American Heritage Title. A contract will be signed at the conclusion of the Pageant on 12/10 with a code of conduct, expectations for the 2023 year, and a list of 6 mandatory appearance dates. American Heritage Queens will get many opportunities to represent their title at many amazing events throughout their reign. Most of their time will be spent in their own Hometown, but the 6 mandatory appearances include 3 state pageants, a workshop/ orientation for next year’s contestants, the National Peanut Festival Parade, and the 2024 Miss American Heritage Scholarship Pageant held in December 2023 for their final farewell.

Contestants ages 0-4 years will compete in ONLY the Beauty (50%) and Fun Fashion (50%) categories. Photogenic for 0-4 years Is a side award. Short or long dresses are allowed. No Heirlooms.

For ages 5 and up the Areas of Competition are: Beauty, Photogenic, Fun Fashion, Best Hair, Best Dress, Interview and Personal Introduction. Optional categories are scrapbook, academic, and essay.

The contestants ages 5 and up must wear a long dress and are judged on 5 primary categories:

1) A five-minute private interview with the judges (30%)

2) Personal Hometown Introductions (10%)

3) Beauty/ Evening Gown (30%)

4) Fun Fashion in an outfit of their own choice (30%)

5) In the case of a tie for Ages 5 & Up, an on-stage question will be used to help the judges decide the outcome.

Winners for Ages 1-15 years will receive a cash scholarship of $50 awarded at the pageant. (Baby, Toddler, Tiny, Future Miss, Young, Jr Miss, and Teen)

Winners in both the Miss & Collegiate Miss Division (16-21 years) will receive a $500 cash scholarship awarded in increments as the terms of their contracts are fulfilled. ($100 Awarded at crowning)

All contestants ages 5 & up are eligible for the Presidential Awards based on tracked and verifiable community service, deadline to submit letters on letterhead with calculated volunteer hours is 10/15.

Optional Overall Titles and Photogenic is $25, $5 each additional photo. They are NOT included with your entry fee.

Overall Scholastic Achievement Award- receives a $100 scholarship award for the highest GPA from each division of the Miss & Collegiate contestants. Current transcripts from the 2022 school year will be due to the Tri-State email (tristateheritage@gmail.com) no later than 11/15/22. 

The optional Heritage Spirit Essay for ages 13 & up does not count into the overall score and must be
turned in by 11/15/22.

Beauty Rules

-Glitz routines for Ages 5 & up are not allowed.

-Max stage time is 90 seconds.

-Children 3 and under will not be counted off if escorted on stage.

-Children 4 and older will be deducted if a parent has to escort them on stage.

-No custom music for Beauty.


Appearance Rules

-Hair Extensions, Falls, and wiglets are allowed.

-Makeup is allowed. It must be age appropriate.

-Light tanning is allowed.

-Lashes are allowed

-Nails are allowed

-No flippers.

Fun Fashion Rules

-Routines are allowed but not required. 

-Max stage time is 60 seconds.

-Children 3 and under will not be counted off if escorted on stage.

-Children 4 and older will be deducted if a parent has to escort them on stage.

-No Custom Music

-Props are Not allowed.


Photogenic Rules

-There will be a photogenic winner from each age division.

-It is $25 to enter the Optional Overall Titles.

-The Overall Photogenic winner is not included in the entry fee. It is covered in the $25 optional overall title package.

-Photos Must be 8×10. Photos must be current. Photos need to be semi-glitz photo. Full Glitz photos will NOT be allowed. Hair & Makeup should be age appropriate.

-Professional Natural and/ or edited photos are allowed.


General Information 

-Contestants ages 0-10 years will receive a participation crown.

-The pageant is open to all states.

-No door entries allowed.

-Advanced reserved seating is being sold for $15 a seat for the first six rows being used starting at the third row behind the judges.

-On Pageant Day, Door admission is $10.00 per person, ALL ages except babies who will sit in a parent’s seat with them will require a ticket. First come first serve.

ABSOLUTELY NO MEN ALLOWED IN THE DRESSING ROOMS

**Any participant or adult showing bad sportsmanship will be asked to leave the premises.

**ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE/TRANSFERABLE UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED COMPLETELY. IF EVENT IS MOVED DUE TO HAVING TO COMPLY WITH COVID REGULATIONS OR OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES, YOU MAY TRANSFER YOUR PAID FEES  TO THE RESCHEDULED EVENT.

Sash and Crown Title Winners will sign a contract to represent the National Pageant at various events
throughout the year. Scholarship recipients are required to participate in the full 2023 year of events to
earn their awards.
